Memorial services for Willard E. Ketchum, 79, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Yankee Springs Baptist Church in Goldonna, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Joey Ketchum pastor of Western Hills Baptist Church in Shreveport, LA.

    Willard was born on March 22, 1930 in Goldonna, LA to Joseph and Myrtle Ketchum. He passed away on January 2, 2010. He was a former resident of Calvin, LA before moving to Stonewall, to be near his family. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

    Preceding Willard in death are his parents, brothers, Gene, Robert, and Benny Ketchum; sister-in-law, Dinah Ketchum. He is survived by his brother, Willie Ketchum and wife, Cecilia of Stonewall; sisters, Thelma Poland and husband, Bob of Greenwood, LA and Betty Jones and husband, Bobby of Alma, AR; sister-in-law, Ella Ketchum of French Settlement; numerous nieces and nephews.
