SHREVEPORT, LA - Mr. Charles Bickham "Jack" Forshee, Jr., 87, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 22^nd. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park Cemetery. Officiating will be Father Paul Martin of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Mr. Forshee was a native of Shreveport, LA. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a member of Ducks Unlimited. He was a veteran of World War II, an avid hunter, fisherman and nature lover. He was retired from Occidental Petroleum.Mr. Forshee is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Alice Forshee; daughter, Alice (Spackman) Davidson and husband, Timothy Davidson; and son, Louis Bickham Forshee and wife, Judith Forshee; and sister, Faye Forshee.The family requests that memorials be made to the Montclair Assisted Living.The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dorothy Gulliard and Fred and Jane Plitt for all of their love and support.OSBORNFUNERALHOME.NET318-865-8426
