Funeral services for Lennie Mae Hill Hurt, 75, will be held at Rose-Neath’s Southside Chapel on Tuesday January 19th at 11:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Panola, TX. Visitation at the funeral home will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday January 18th.
She was born on June 24, 1934 in Mt. Pleasant, TX. She passed a way on January 15, 2010.
Lennie was preceded in death by her husband, Willie C. Hurt and sons, Guy Edward Hurt and Howard Wayne Hurt. Left to cherish her memories are siblings, John Marshall Hill, Ollie Fae Hill Lee, Juanita Hill Baird, Paul Hill; son, David Lynn Hurt; daughters, Sonya Renee Hurt and Belinda Gail Hurt Moore; grandchildren, Guy E. Hurt II, Vanessa Gayle, Sarena Mae Hurt, Katrina Renee Belt, Richard Earl Belt, Krystal Diane, McGill, Ashley Michelle McGill, Angel Roberts, and Michael Roberts; and great-grandchildren, Ashton Daniel Lee Parker, Zayden Wayne, Mica Kobe, Mariah Katie, Hailey Inez Hurt, Sierra Irene Hurt, Harleigh Rose Belt, Chastity Renee Belt, Rosemary Elizabeth Belt, William Colton, Kayden Daniel, Tyler Goff, Isaih Michael Roberts, Angelica Roberts, and Lillie Mae.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Yarnell, Richard Belt, Guy Hurt II, Jeffery Hurt, and Broandon Hurt.
