Graveside services for Dorothy Talley, 75, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 24. 2009 at Rose-Neath Cemetery in Bossier City, LA. Visitation with the family will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday April 23, and Friday from 10 a.m. until noon at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Southside.
Dorothy passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 in Shreveport, LA after a lengthy illness. She was born on August 19, 1933 in Forest, LA to James Otis and Ruby Jane Bankston. She was a resident of Shreveport, and homemaker. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her and will be in our hearts forever.
Preceding Dorothy in death was her husband, Curtis Talley. She is survived by her sons, Danny Joe Parker and wife, Clydie, and Curtis Michael Talley; daughter, Carol Jean Talley; 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers and 1 sister.
