Funeral services for Brian Paul Hoffman, 29, will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside Drive on May 28, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. Reverend Mike Stowell, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Keithville, LA and Reverend Bob Moore, will be officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery Shreveport, LA.

     The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

     Brian was born on June 4, 1979 in Shreveport, LA and passed away on May 23, 2009 in Shreveport, LA. He was always there to help others in their time of need. He loved his family, friends and his beloved dog and companion Lexi, who went everywhere with him. He was loved as a son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend. He was a wonderful son and brother and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He loved hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles and four wheelers. Brian was a very loving and caring person who loved life and all it has to offer.

     Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents Willie and Mae Hoffman and Clarence and Marjorie Webb. He is survived by his parents, Robert Hoffman and wife Vickie of Keithville, LA., Brenda Almand and husband Billy of Waskom, TX.; sisters, Tonya Johnson and husband Todd of Shreveport, LA., Teri Woods and husband Greg of Shreveport, LA.; brothers Kyle Mitchell of Many, LA., Matt Almand and wife Cathy of Waskom, TX., Andy Almand of Shreveport, LA.; niece, Abby Watkins; nephews, Stran and Sage Johnson, Mason and Avery Woods, and a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

     Pallbearers will be Matt Bickley, Chris Moore, Steve Webb, Bryan Roppolo, Kyle Hand, Trant “Bear” Brandon, Jeremy McConnell and Jason Little.

     Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Pendleton, Matt Almand, Andy Almand, Kyle Mitchell, Todd Johnson, Greg Woods and Brian Young.
